SmartScan Xpress ICR/OCR/OMR will not experience any more service packs or upgrades. It is Pegasus Imaging’s product strategy to add its features to other products. Current SmartScan Xpress customers are eligible and encouraged to upgrade to the new Pegasus Imaging product versions. Customers on Chariot Support automatically receive product upgrades for free. Which products should you evaluate? SmartZone ICR / OCR is the upgrade path for customers currently using SmartScan Xpress ICR/OCR/OMR for zonal OCR and/or zonal ICR (English only). FormFix is the upgrade path for customers requiring form identification, form registration, form dropout, and OMR features previously included in SmartScan Xpress ICR/OCR/OMR. OCR Xpress can be used for zonal and full-page OCR supporting languages other than English. We still provide the latest version of SmartScan Xpress ICR/OCR/OMR for:
