PEGASUS IMAGING CORPORATION ANNOUNCES IMAGE TECHNOLOGY AGREEMENT WITH HANDSPRING, INC. |
| TAMPA, FL, March 20, 2001- Pegasus Imaging Corporation today announced that Handspring (NASDAQ: HAND), a leading innovator of handheld computers, has agreed to license Pegasus’ technology as contained in PICTools RapidVue software for compression, optimization, scaling and color reduction technologies. This server-based technology will enhance the image viewing capabilities of Handspring’s Blazer browser. Blazer is a high-performance Web browser that allow users to browse virtually any website.
